An n8n workflow that turns a row in a spreadsheet into a complete, checked page on WordPress, ready for a final human read.
The problem
Ranking in every city you serve, or for every service you offer, takes one deep page for each. Written by hand that is months of work. Generated carelessly, it is thin content with invented facts that can hurt the whole site.
What I built
An n8n workflow that takes the list of pages from a Google Sheet and builds each one end to end. A chain of AI steps does the research, the structure, the writing and the checking.
The result lands in WordPress as a draft, with every custom field and the FAQ schema filled in. A person proofreads it before it goes live.
How it works

One row per page
The list of pages lives in a Google Sheet: location, service, keyword. Add a row and the pipeline picks it up.

Research
A deep-research step collects the local facts, the questions people ask and what the best-ranking pages cover.

Outline and draft
The structure is planned against the top results, then the page is written in the brand’s voice, FAQs included.

Quality check
A separate pass checks facts, claims and edge cases, then turns everything into clean data for the CMS.

WordPress and review
The page is created as a draft with its custom fields and FAQ schema. An editor reads it before it goes live, and live pages get a fact check every six months.
What it changes
Pages that took days of research and writing arrive as a draft that only needs a final read.
Every page has the same depth and structure, and it does not invent local facts it cannot support.
